Natascha Aabbott is a mediator affiliated with Nest Law. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law.
Natascha is a fully bilingual attorney and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator who works with Nest Law in an Of Counsel capacity. She is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, with experience at both the trial and appellate levels.
While at Nova Southeastern University, Natascha was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Society for her volunteer work with the felony division of the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office and competed on the Hispanic National Bar Association Moot Court Team. She earned a place on the Dean’s List and received the CALI Book Award for Interviewing and Counseling.
Natascha began her career with the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, representing individuals accused of crimes as an Assistant Public Defender. She went on to practice matrimonial and family law alongside nationally recognized attorney Joel M. Weissman, the boutique firm Shafer Cohen, LLP, and the national litigation firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP. Over the course of her career, she has represented hundreds of clients, from indigent criminal defendants to multi-millionaires and corporations.
Whenever possible, Natascha helps clients resolve their disputes with the least amount of litigation necessary, protecting both their legal fees and the emotional well-being of their families.
